What You Need to Know
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule for any reason your deposit is transferable for a (1) time reschedule.
Cancellations
If you cancel your deposit is non-refundable.
Late / Tardy
If you are going to be late please let the artist know ahead of time.
After 20-min of no call / no show your appointment will be cancelled.
